Growthspine is committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about how we use it. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
Information we collect
When you use our website or message us on WhatsApp, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, company name, and the details you provide about your agency. We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, time on site) through privacy-respecting tools.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiries and communicate about a potential engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Email communications
By contacting us, you agree to receive relevant follow-up communications from Growthspine. You can unsubscribe from email communications at any time by replying 'unsubscribe' to any email we send.
Data storage and security
Your data is processed and stored using industry-standard platforms (Resend for email delivery, Vercel for hosting). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for basic site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect some site features.
Interactive demo
Our interactive demo at /demo lets you build a temporary AI team member. It collects only what you type into it: your agency name and phone number, any listings you add or paste, the test messages you send as a buyer, and any names or contact details that appear inside those test conversations. It is a demonstration, not a live service.
Where interactive demo data is stored
Demo data is held in your own browser using sessionStorage, not in a Growthspine database. It is removed when you close the browser tab, when you click Delete my demo now, and after 60 minutes of inactivity while the page is open. We keep no server-side copy of your conversations, listings or leads. Short-lived counters used for rate limiting are held in server memory and are not linked to your identity.
AI processing in the interactive demo
To generate replies, the demo sends your agency details, your listings and the current conversation to an AI inference provider over an encrypted connection. Two providers are used: Groq, and Google (Gemini) as a fallback when Groq is unavailable or slow. Either provider may process a given message, and we do not control their own retention practices, so please review Groq's and Google's privacy policies if that matters to you. Because of this, do not enter private details belonging to real customers into the demo. Use sample buyer information instead.
Infrastructure providers
The website and demo are hosted on Vercel. Email is delivered through Resend. Conversations you start from the site continue on WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. AI responses in the demo are generated by Groq, with Google (Gemini) as a fallback provider. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at info.growthspine@gmail.com. We will respond within 14 business days. For the interactive demo, you can delete everything yourself at any time using Delete my demo now, which removes the data from your browser immediately.
Third-party services
Our website uses WhatsApp (Meta) for conversations you start from a CTA, and Resend for email delivery. These services have their own privacy policies which govern their handling of data. We encourage you to review their policies if you have concerns.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
